The health and safety of our customers is our top priority. Please read this page carefully before ordering if you or someone in your party has a food allergy or intolerance.

Allergens Present in Our Kitchen

Our kitchen handles the following allergens on a daily basis. Cross-contamination is possible even with our best precautions:

Gluten (Wheat, Rye, Barley)

Most of our baked goods contain wheat flour. Gluten is present throughout our kitchen, including shared equipment such as mixers, ovens, and benchtops.

Dairy

Butter, cream, milk, and cheese are used extensively across our range. Most of our cakes, icings, and fillings contain dairy.

Eggs

Eggs are used in the majority of our baked goods including cakes, pastries, and most catering platters.

Tree Nuts and Peanuts

Various tree nuts (including almonds, walnuts, pecans, and macadamias) are used in selected products. Peanuts are also present in our kitchen. These may appear as whole pieces, pastes, oils, or decorative elements.

Sesame

Sesame seeds and sesame oil are used in selected savoury catering products.

Soy

Soy is present in some chocolate products and may be found in selected catering items.

Gluten Friendly Products

We offer a range of Gluten Friendly products made with gluten-free ingredients. However, these products are prepared in the same kitchen and on shared equipment that also handles gluten-containing ingredients. They are not suitable for people with Coeliac disease or a severe gluten intolerance. They are intended for customers who choose to reduce their gluten intake.

Vegan and Dairy-Free Options

Some of our products can be prepared without dairy or eggs. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements before placing your order, as these options may vary by season and availability.

Important Notice

While we take all reasonable care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is 100% free from any allergen. Our kitchen is not a nut-free, gluten-free, or allergen-free environment.

If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can assess whether we are able to safely accommodate your needs. We may recommend that you do not order from us if the risk of cross-contamination is too high for your situation.
